Group Experience & Wellbeing

The Others Club trips are designed to be relaxed, supportive, and enjoyable for everyone.

Traveling as a group means sharing space, time, and experiences. To help create a positive environment, we ask all guests to approach the trip with consideration, flexibility, and respect for the people around them.

Our goal is simple: a group where everyone feels comfortable, included, and able to enjoy the experience.

Respect the Group Experience

Every guest joins with different energy levels, preferences, and travel styles.

  • Be mindful of shared spaces and group timings

  • Keep communication respectful and considerate

  • Support a positive atmosphere for everyone

Small things, being on time, staying open-minded, and communicating kindly, make a big difference to the overall experience.

Alcohol & Socialising

Many group trips include shared meals and social moments, and enjoying a drink is part of the experience for some.

We simply ask guests to:

  • Drink responsibly

  • Be aware of their limits

  • Respect the comfort and wellbeing of others

If alcohol consumption begins to affect the group experience, your TOC host or local guide may step in to support the situation.

Health, Energy & Looking After Yourself

Group travel works best when everyone takes care of their own wellbeing.

  • Stay hydrated, especially in warm climates

  • Eat regularly and pace yourself with activities

  • Get enough rest so you can enjoy the experience

If you’re feeling unwell, please let Danni (your TOC host) or your local guide know so support can be arranged if needed.

Food & Hygiene

Trying local food is one of the highlights of travel. To stay well:

  • Choose reputable venues or recommendations from your guide

  • Wash or sanitise hands regularly

  • If you have allergies or dietary requirements, your host and guides will already be aware — but feel free to remind them at any time if you’d like extra reassurance

If you do feel unwell, early communication helps us support you quickly.

Shared Responsibility

Group travel is a shared experience.

We ask guests to:

  • Be flexible - travel can sometimes involve delays or changes

  • Be patient with the unexpected

  • Support the group dynamic with a positive attitude

A little flexibility and understanding helps keep the experience enjoyable for everyone.

If Issues Arise

If something isn’t working or a situation is affecting your experience:

  1. Speak with Danni (your TOC host) or your local guide

  2. They will work with you to resolve the situation where possible

  3. If needed, the Best in Travel operations team will provide additional support

Our priority is always to resolve concerns early and keep the group experience positive.

A Final Note

The Others Club trips are built around connection, shared experiences, and a relaxed, supportive atmosphere.

By approaching the trip with respect, awareness, and a positive mindset, you’ll help create the kind of experience everyone comes for.
