Help keep The Others Club running behind the scenes, a flexible contractor role with room to grow.
A community for people who chose a different path.
The Others Club (TOC) is a private community platform for childfree adults, a space to connect, discuss, and meet up locally. Since launching in April 2026, we've grown to 70+ active city groups spanning New Zealand, Australia, the UK, Europe, America, and beyond, with a social following of 25k.
New groups are launching regularly and the community is growing fast. This is a small, founder-led operation with big ambitions. You'd be working directly with me, Danni, to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
No two weeks look the same.
This is a support role for a founder who has a lot on, with a brain that works better with someone helping keep things organised and moving. If you've worked with neurodivergent founders or thrive in a role that shifts week to week, you'll fit right in.
Some weeks it's primarily city leader support; others it's helping clear an inbox backlog, chase up loose ends, or just tackle the small-but-important tasks that keep getting pushed to the bottom of the list. You'll need good judgement, the ability to prioritise, and the ability to get things done without a lot of hand-holding.
I'll be honest: I communicate a lot. I think out loud, I message when things come to me, and I like to bounce ideas and get quick feedback. This works best with someone who's responsive and rolls with that energy. That said, I completely understand this is a contractor role; you work your own hours and I don't expect you to be available on demand. As long as things get done in a reasonable timeframe, how and when you work is up to you.
The work, in practice.
